1. Returns Eligibility

• You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including tags and boxes for sneakers).

2. Return Process

• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer).

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
